I worked with Kathrin for the sale of a house in January and then purchase this past month. Both of them I had to work with her mostly from out of state. The sale in January was the sale of my first home purchased and was moving out of state. She was up-front, honest and helped walk through the entire process, giving guidance and reassurance along the way. Buying a home over the phone or rather getting under contract for a place you’ve never personally viewed can be stressful. She went above and beyond during the process, I have worked with less accommodating realtors in the past. Most notably, updating me on every step during the building process, timelines, price points, and providing clarity on things I needed to do and best practices. She also did weekly video walkthroughs during the complete construction for over 8 weeks and held the builder to his agreement in terms of timeline and quality which streamlined the process. Kathrin Egner was amazing to work with. We found her while stationed in Hawaii and we're getting ready to PCS to Fort Stewart GA. Despite the big time difference, she kept us in the loop and updated us with all the new listing. When ever we would find a property we were interested in, she would either go to the property and do a zoom call to tour it or send us a video of the tour within less then 24hrs. Do not rent through ACE in the FSGA area! They are unresponsive, almost no work orders were filled, they do their own “inspections” without tenants present, and they will nickel and dime you out of your deposit and any. By far the most unprofessional housing experience We have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
