What can we say…..amazing!!!!!! . She has been our realtor for over nine years. She helped us buy two homes and subsequently sell two homes. She works tirelessly to ensure a quick and responsive cell or purchase of a home. She’s extremely knowledgeable in her field. She brought up the fact that the home we just sold, had the ability to have the VA loan assumed by a potential buyer. Which would have benefited a buyer tremendously as the remaining balance was at a 2.75 interest rate. We didn’t know that, but Kathrin was quick to point this out as a selling point for the home. She has a rolodex of people to help with the selling of a home….. if we buy home again in Florida or Georgia she will definitely be the person to do it for us. Hands-down, a pleasure to work with!!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me purchase my first home. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, caring, professional, and always on top of every detail and piece of paperwork. She made sure I understood each step of the process and was always available whenever I had questions or needed guidance. As a first-time homeowner, buying a house can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire experience clear, smooth, and stress-free. I always felt supported and confident throughout the process. I’m truly grateful for all her hard work, dedication, and patience in helping me find and purchase my home. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Kathrin has been absolutely amazing! She gave us weekly updates and advocated for us each step of the way. I would recommend her to everyone looking for a realtor!
